Dr. Chia-Hui Cindy Shen is a Google Certified Trainer and a senior English educator at Taipei Municipal Tianmu Elementary School in Taiwan. With nearly 20 years of experience in public elementary education, she also serves as the Director of a Teacher Education Center and advocates for SDG-focused, bilingual, and technology-integrated learning.
Dr. Shen earned her Ph.D. in English from National Taiwan Normal University and her M.Ed. in English Instruction from the University of Taipei. She is passionate about project-based learning (PBL), self-regulated learning (SRL), and international exchange programs. Her interdisciplinary teaching approach bridges language education with digital innovation, climate action, and global citizenship.
