Topic: Bodies--My Monster  (Lesson Plan)

Objective: Students will learn the body parts by using the numbers and vocabulary in descriptive dialogs and also drawing their own creative monsters.      
Review:Numbers    
Warm Up: 
Teacher use internet resources and TPR demonstration to introduce body parts. 

Key Vocabulary:
head, knees, nose, fingers, eyebrows, arms, eyes, ankels, shoulders, mouth, hands, ears, toes, teeth.

Key sentence patterns: 
How many ______ does it have?
It has ______   ______ .

Activities/Games: 
[Based on Information Gap theory in CLT] 
1. Students choose a monster card and make the rest of the class guessing   
   which card is the correct one.
2. Simon Says

Song: "Touch Your Ears" 

Wrap-up: One student describe in the target language and students work together in groups drawing the correct monsters or aliens.
