First of all is the 'dictation' activity.
Please listen to the questions and then write down the information:

Analysis:
Fruit = your first name
Vegetables = your family name
Numbers between 1-100 = your age
Are you a teacher? = Are you married?
Who is your favorite movie star? = What’s the name of your spouse?
How many pairs of shoes do you have? = How many children do you have?
Required Skills:
Listening: listen carefully to questions; interact with classmates
Writing: practice vocabulary
Grammar: question forms, e.g., Y/N questions
Speaking: answer questions from classmates
With these interesting results, students can quickly get involved in classroom activity and feel they are one of the members in class. They can also meet new friends in a short period of time at the beginning of the new semester! ^_^
