四年級小朋友學習正在進行式 Present Tense with -ing
他們對這 '會說話' 的老虎很有興趣呢,
透過作品的製作,
學習文法也變得更有趣了喔!
Verbs tell when action takes place.
Present-tense verbs tell about action that is happening now.
Use am or are with present-tense verbs that end in -ing.

Helping the tiger talk.
{作品介紹} 這隻tiger 的 tail 是可拉動式的,
tiger's tongue 也會跟著動喔!
[教學活動activity]
Students work with a partner. Take turns asking the tiger, "What are you doing?"
Moving the word strip to make the tiger give different answers.
Read the answers aloud.
I am sleeping.
Cindy suggests students write a list of more verbs for their own tigers to say.
Or make a new strip to use with their own tigers when they learn new verb.
