• landmark publication(s): English Teaching & Learning, Journal of English Education
• organization leadership: Leader in school English Team, ELT expert and teacher trainer in the advisory group in Taipei City Government
• significant research: action researches for advancing elementary school, digital story reading and writing
• advances in educational technology: mobile-assisted language learning, led a webinar about Interactive Whiteboard (IWB) Activities
• new approaches in teaching: DI, remedial instruction,
• raising the level of professionalism in teaching within their country or context: Professional teacher training courses and workshops for the teachers in Taiwan and the native speakers who teach English in Taiwan, e.g., being Fulbright English Teaching Association teacher trainer: Taught many courses about reading instruction, phonics, songs and chants, technology-enhanced language learning (TELL), remedial instruction, differentiated instruction,
• significant public policy achievements: Two Classes Three Groups Teaching regulated by Ministry of Education in Taipei City

My accomplishment mainly involves TEFL/TESOL domain, and has risen above other accomplishments in significance over a period of years.
